On our Free plan, you can have any number of collaborators with read-only or commentor permission levels. If one of your workspaces does exceed these limits, you will be asked to upgrade the workspace to one of our premium plans, which provide many additional features as well as increased record and attachment limits. Additionally, there is a maximum of 5 collaborators with editor permissions or higher. Any base within a Free workspace may only contain 1,200 records and 2GB of attachments. However, there are some hard limits to be aware of. The first workspace created after signing up, as well as any additional workspaces added later, will be Free workspaces to start. Note that all accounts offer the ability to create unlimited workspaces, however, we do have limits on the number of bases a workspace may have and the number of tables, views, and fields a base may have.
